Irrawaddy Taste of Burma is a family owned and operated
restaurant featuring Burmese cuisine from Co-Owner & Chef Banny
Hong. Originally from Burma (Myanmar), Banny wanted to create a
space to share his family’s most treasured recipes and the
time-honored dishes from the region. The cuisine may be
influenced by its neighboring nations (China, India, Laos, and
Thailand), but its own unique flavor definitely stands on its
own. The majority of the dishes are prepared from scratch using
raw ingredients and focusing on healthy, light dishes. Always
great for sharing amongst family and friends.
